This is an offering of body care supplies that can be delivered to the home of the Birthing person before or after baby’s arrival. The basket includes:

Epsom Salt Sitz Bath - infused with healing oils
Herbal Sitz Bath tea bag - collection of specially chosen herbs to help support healing
Organic Herbal Pad-Popsicles - Organic cotton pads infused with herbs and other healing property ingredients
Herbal Tea blends that help support lactation and uterine toning

Postpartum Meal Basket

This offering is made up of nutrient dense food options that are made especially for Birthing people to help promote healing and lactation. The basket inclues:

2 choices of ayurvedic anti-inflammatory soups that support healing and healthy digestions
Oatmeal energy balls - These are packed with protein rich and lactation supporting ingredients
Herbal tea blends - these tea blends help to support healing and lactation (can be premade or power form)
Breakfast Food of choice - this is a breakfast food that can be frozen and heated up as needed (vegan options available)

Pricing: $100-175 - depending on chosen foods

Combo Basket

This offering is a combination of both offerings and includes all items listed. Clients can have the option to chose an a la cart style for their basket and prices very depending on choices.

Postpartum Body Work Support

Postpartum Belly Binding

Postpartum Belly Binding is an form of care that prioritizes supporting the uterus and other organs 2-4 days after a vaginal delivery. Pricing includes: Physical belly binding, education on how to self bind as needed and your very own belly binding cloth.

Pricing: $150

Baby Massage

Just like Birth can leave the Birthing person feeling achey and sore, babies can also feel similarly. Body work for babies can aid in better sleep, help support colicy or gassy babies, provide calming touch therapy to recover from the trauma of birth

Pricing: $75 for up to 1.5 hour session

Please note that for all Clients that are outside of a 30 minute driving radius a $30 charge will be applied to all services. This helps me to offset not only gas prices but also to compensate for time spent in the car.
